Okay, it’s not technically fly fishing. But when an oppurtunity to do something i’ve never done before presents itself i try to go for it…at least when water is involved. This was my first time wake surfing, and the 1st shot is my first attempt. I have surfed many times before so the chances were pretty good that all would turn out well. I just had no idea my first ride would go so well, i’m still kind of giddy from the excitement, even though it was days ago. The creeks are non existent, the rivers are barely running, the lakes are low, it’s hot as hell…might as well do anything to stay wet.
Plus, soon i’ll have a rod in my hand while doing this, then me dream will be realized and it will all come together. Enjoy.
